We use Li-FT by Li Pigments for saline tattoo removal. This specialized, all-natural saline solution is implanted over your existing permanent makeup or very small tattoo. It is the safest, most effective saline lightening solution available today. Li-FT contains finely milled sea salt, purified water, lemon seed extract, orange seed extract, and aloe. Implanting the solution into the skin breaks up the healed pigment, and begins to lift the pigment out of the skin by osmosis. The pigment is slowly pulled to the surface of the skin and heals into a scab. When the scab falls off, that pigment falls off with it, leaving a lightened tattoo.

Completion of this procedure may take between 2-5 sessions.

Why choose saline over laser removal?

• Saline removal can remove any and all pigment colors. Laser machines only emit specified lasers of light, meaning they are only able to remove a limited number of color pigments.

• When using a laser to remove pigment, the pigment is absorbed into the bloodstream. With saline removal, the tattoo ink is lifted through the skin. This is especially important if you are unsure of the quality of the pigment that has been used on your tattoo.

• Laser tattoo removal is often more painful and more costly than Saline removal.
